Concrete & Foundations

Foundation and slab packages engineered around layout, schedule, inspections, and a clean handoff to vertical construction.

Scope

What FLPro delivers

Concrete is where the schedule is won or lost. FLPro builds the foundation package — layout, formwork, reinforcement, and placement — so the rest of the structure starts on time and on grade.

We coordinate subgrade, vapor barrier, embeds, and anchor bolts up front, then place and finish to the lines and elevations the structural drawings require — ready for inspection without rework.

Bundle this scope with the rest of the structural package — concrete, masonry, framing, and fabrication under one accountable team — to remove the coordination gaps that usually slow a job down.

FAQ

Concrete questions.

Do you self-perform concrete or sub it out?
FLPro coordinates and supervises the concrete package as a single accountable scope so layout, reinforcement, and placement stay aligned with the structural drawings and the project schedule.
Can you handle subgrade and vapor barrier prep?
Yes. Subgrade preparation, vapor barrier, and embed/anchor-bolt setting are coordinated before placement so the slab passes inspection the first time.
What information do you need to price concrete?
Structural and architectural drawings, geotech if available, the foundation plan, and the project schedule. The bid page lists everything that makes pricing accurate.

Construction agreements and applicable permits are handled by Daniel Jorge Management LLC (DJM) where the scope is accepted within its verified qualifications. Parent-company status does not extend a contractor’s license to another entity. Each proposal identifies the responsible provider, exclusions and permit requirements; acceptance depends on scope, location and capacity.
