Start with a defined scope

Use FLPro to request review of concrete, masonry, framing, trusses or fabrication needs. These are request categories, not a statement that every service is available or cleared. The review identifies the responsible provider and the appropriate contracting structure before a proposal.

Responsibilities and project acceptance

Construction agreements and applicable permits are handled by Daniel Jorge Management LLC (DJM) where the scope is accepted within its verified qualifications. Parent-company status does not extend a contractor’s license to another entity. Each proposal identifies the responsible provider, exclusions and permit requirements; acceptance depends on scope, location and capacity.

From scope review to agreed responsibilities

  1. Share the scope

Provide plans, location, project stage, requested work and schedule constraints.

  2. Review qualifications and capacity

The review checks project fit, provider qualifications, permit requirements and delivery capacity. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

  3. Agree responsibilities in writing

The proposal identifies the contracting entity, inclusions, exclusions, professional responsibilities and applicable permits.

  4. Execute and close out accepted work

DJM is responsible for construction it contracts within verified scope. Engineering remains with the named professional provider where included.
